During that time, he has taken and passed the State examination for Residential Contractor, been the president of the local chapter of the Home Builders Association, and always regarded as one of our County's best builders. Since 1990, when his son Paul took and passed the State exam for Building Contractor, they have also done commercial construction.

My confidence in Bill is such that I hired him to repair some damage on my home. He also built what is conceded to be the most expensive home built in the west half of Volusia County (approx. 2 1/2 million dollars)

Kalyani and I would like to express our appreciation to you for building such a beautiful house. We contemplated for quite a while before deciding whether to buil or buy as we had heard that building a house was quite a difficult process. To our suprise, construction went on schedule, smoothly from start to finish. The entire construction team that Bill has is very professional and any glitches that occurred were minor. These glitches were corrected as soon as they were pointed out. Mike was extremely helpful and responsive in managing the day to day details of building a custom house.
